The hand-dipping really shows in the uneven, organic texture of each candle — they feel substantial and alive, not mass-produced. Lit one tonight and the soft honey scent from the beeswax filled the dining room without being overpowering, and the rust tone glows beautifully against white plates.
The warm rust color is exactly what I hoped for, and the gentle honey scent from the beeswax makes the whole dining room feel cozier without being overpowering. They burn evenly and last longer than the cheap ones I used to buy.
Hand-dipping gives these candles a lovely irregular texture you just don't get from mass-produced ones, and the rose wax actually comes through as a subtle, warm scent while burning. They've burned evenly for about four dinners now with no drips down the side.
