That serpentine front really does soften the whole piece—it fits into our hallway corner without looming over the room. Assembly took a while but the oak feels solid, and the oiled finish already has a warm, lived-in look.

The serpentine front makes it look far more elegant in person than in photos, and the oak grain really pops through the oil. It’s solidly built and the drawers glide smooth too.

The aged oak oil finish gives it a warm, rich glow that fits right into my living room, and the undulating profile makes it look far more expensive than it was. It took about an hour to unpack and assemble, but the drawers slide so smoothly that I’ve already loaded it up with my folded sweaters.
