The solid brass gives these pegs a nice weight that cheap hollow knobs just don't have. I put a row of them under my upper cabinets for tea towels and they feel smooth with no sharp edges.
I've had these up for a week now and the matte finish hasn't shown a single smudge, even with damp tea towels tossed over them daily. The smooth-to-the-touch surface honestly makes them feel more like a small sculpture than a simple peg.
The weight of these solid brass pegs feels genuinely premium when you screw one in—there's no hollow tin sound. I’ve mounted a set above the stove for tea towels and they’ve held up perfectly through daily use, the smooth surface making them a pleasure to grab.
