The hand turned wooden legs with that dark stain really anchor the whole look, and the flax linen valance feels far more textured and substantial than I feared it would be. The beech-sprung slatted base is noticeably sturdier than the cheap wire frames I've had before, and the linen valance gives it a soft, tailored look that fits the room perfectly. Set-up took maybe twenty minutes solo, and the sapele frame feels solid enough to last years.
The hand-turned legs with that dark stain are what sold me, and they look even better in person than in the photos. Assembly was straightforward and the whole base feels rock-solid, not wobbly like my last frame.
