The exposed screws with that brushed finish give it a nice industrial vibe without looking cheap, and it feels properly solid when you pull a towel off it. Install was straightforward, and the brass has a warm glow that fits right in with my other fixtures.

The weight of this thing is what sold me—solid brass feels noticeably substantial compared to the hollow ones I've handled. The brushed finish on the exposed screws actually looks intentional rather than an afterthought.

Installed this in our guest bath and the solid brass construction makes it feel way more substantial than the brushed nickel ones we had before. The antique brass finish perfectly matches our old hardware without being too shiny.
