Swapped these onto my interior doors and the solid brass gives them a really sturdy, high-end feel compared to the hollow ones I had before. The subtle ridge detailing catches the light nicely without being flashy, and having two in the set meant I could do both doors in one go.
Pulling these out of the box, the weight immediately told me they’re solid brass—no hollow, cheap rattle here. They’ve been on our hallway doors for three weeks now and the matt nickel finish hasn’t picked up a single smudge, which is more than I can say for our old handles.
The ridge detailing along the lever is subtle enough to catch the light but not your fingers, and since they’re solid brass, the door just feels more substantial every time I push it down. They’ve completely upgraded the look of our hallway without clashing with the older trim.
