Rusted Garden Obelisk

The rusted finish looks far better in person than in photos, and it took me ten minutes to stake it into the border. The steel feels solid enough to hold my climbing beans without wobbling, and I love that I can just leave it out through winter without worrying.

Set it up beside my clematis this weekend and the stems are already latching on to the lower bars nicely. The handmade steel feels properly solid, not flimsy, and I love that the rusted finish means I just leave it out in the rain without a second thought.

The rusted finish is exactly what I wanted—it blends into the garden without looking shiny or new. I've had it up since spring and the steel hasn't budged, even through some heavy storms, and it's holding my clematis stems perfectly.
