The curved corners soften the stark square frame just enough to keep it from feeling harsh. I hung it above my vanity and the blackened brass catches the light beautifully without being flashy. Exactly the calm, minimalist look I was after.

The exposed brass screws on the wall plate give it such a nice industrial touch, and the blackened finish is actually more muted and elegant in person than I expected. Hanging it on the chain was straightforward, and it really opens up the small hallway it’s in.

Installed this over the weekend and the solid brass frame feels substantial, way more refined than I expected for the price. The exposed screws on the wall plate add an honest, utilitarian look that really works with our minimalist bathroom.
