The brushed metal finish picks up the light nicely and hides fingerprints way better than my old chrome one. Install was straightforward since the exposed screws line up cleanly, and it feels solidly built for the price.
The welded joints are so smooth you can't even see them from across the room, and the matte nickel finish wipes clean without smudging. Solid brass makes it feel way heavier and sturdier than the cheap ones I've had before, which is exactly what I wanted for a daily-use piece.
Installed it this morning and the brushed nickel finish looks far more expensive than the price suggests. The exposed screws actually line up perfectly with the wall plate, which never happens with the cheap ones I’ve used before.
