Swapped out the plain shade on my bedside lamp for this one and the soft blue instantly warmed up the corner. The gathered cotton has a lovely handmade texture, and the red trim is a fun little surprise in person.
The red-striped trim is what sold me and it looks even better in person against the soft blue cotton. Swapped out a plain beige shade on my bedside lamp and the whole corner feels warmer now.
The gathered cotton has just the right amount of body, so it throws a soft, warm glow without looking stiff. I keep catching myself staring at how nicely the blue plays with the red trim when the lamp’s on at dusk.
